Lily Kramer is a Community Planner at Barrett Planning Group, where she works with communities to develop innovative, data-driven planning solutions. She is passionate about using planning to help communities solve complex challenges and build more equitable, sustainable, and resilient futures. Lily’s work spans comprehensive planning, economic development, and housing planning, including the development of Housing Production Plans and zoning analysis and modeling. She brings expertise in economic research, statistical and spatial analysis, and GIS mapping to translate data into meaningful insights that support practical planning solutions, inform community decision-making, and improve quality of life. Lily holds a joint master’s degree in Environmental Economics and Urban Planning from Tufts University. Outside of work, you can usually find her exploring Boston’s hottest restaurants, reading, baking artisanal sourdough, or refining her sewing skills.
