Jenn Doherty is a Preservation Planner at Barrett Planning Group, where she brings over ten years of experience in historic preservation at the local and state levels. Her experience includes research and documentation work as a consultant, time as a municipal preservation planner and state historic preservation office staff, and service on a municipal historical commission. Her passion is strengthening the role of historic preservation within the larger planning processes at the local, regional, and state levels. Jenn has a Master’s degree in Preservation Studies from Boston University, a Master of Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Government from Sweet Briar College. In her free time, Jenn enjoys reading, cooking, and horseback riding.
