Alisa Zimmerman is the Special Projects Manager for Barrett Planning Group. She oversees all aspects of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program by providing guidance on the federal requirements and regulations for the use of CDBG funding for programs and activities within surrounding communities. In addition to her work with CDBG, Alisa has contributed her expertise to consolidated plans, a regional housing services program, and various marketing initiatives. With over a decade of experience as a paralegal and three years in school administration, Alisa offers a wealth of knowledge in document preparation, data management, and high-level administrative support. Alisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Villanova University, and her skills are invaluable assets to our team and the clients we serve. Outside of the office, Alisa enjoys spending time in her garden, experimenting with new recipes alongside her daughters in the kitchen, and pursuing her passion for photography.
