Principal Planner Alexis Lanzillotta, AICP, has led a variety of planning projects and takes special interest in planning for and implementing affordable housing strategies. She is highly knowledgeable in the complex regulatory requirements behind state and federal programs for housing, community development, and homelessness. Alexis aims to equip our clients with tools to plan for, create, preserve, and monitor affordable housing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin from Tufts University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from Fitchburg State University. Alexis is a Certified Occupancy Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management and is included in their National Registry of Certified Housing Professionals. Outside of her role at Barrett Planning Group, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new artistic crafts and activities.
