Alisa Zimmerman is the Special Projects Manager for Barrett Planning Group, where she oversees all aspects of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. By providing guidance on federal requirements and regulations, she ensures surrounding communities successfully navigate funding for local programs and activities. In addition to her work with CDBG, Alisa contributes her expertise to municipal consolidated plans, regional housing services programs, and the firm’s internal marketing and business development initiatives. With over a decade of experience as a paralegal and three years in education administration support, Alisa offers a wealth of knowledge in document preparation, data management, and executive-level operational support. Alisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Villanova University, and her multifaceted skills make her an invaluable asset to our team and the clients we serve. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking sourdough bread, gardening, and traveling with her family.
