Racial Justice Initiative Meeting with Judi Barrett

This evening, Judi Barrett will be joining Temple Beth Elohim's Racial Justice Initiative in Wellesley, MA, for their Quarterly Meeting to present “Does Your Town Have Room For Me?”.

The event description: “Many of you have read The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America by Richard Rothstein, so you’re not surprised by how segregated your town or city is. But changing that has proven to be impressively difficult. Judi Barrett will join our meeting and provide an overview of how communities can make change in this environment. Judi has many years of experience urban planning and helped Wellesley develop its 2018 Housing Production Plan.”

The event requires pre-registration and will take place over Zoom. For more information, visit Temple Beth Elohim’s event page.
