Fiona Coughlan Selected as National Planning Conference 2022 Proposal Reviewer
Fiona Coughlan, AICP, was approved to review proposals for the 2022 National Planning Conference (NPC). She has been an NPC proposal reviewer for the past three years.
From her approval letter, “In your role you are reviewing proposals to help us select sessions that offer unique insights with and innovative and practical approaches for the planning community to anticipate and successfully adapt to the needs of today's rapidly changing world.
